CISCA is constituted in voluntary by related government departments, end users, companies and personal members in smart card industry, which registered in HK.           The vision of CISCA is promoting usages, making services for markets, promoting transactions and communications. The goal is to help members to earn max profits and accelerate the global intelligent card industry’s developments.           The primary missions of CISCA are listed as follows:          1.Provide the members the newest policies, latest project information, technological standard and regulations of market access;          2.Guide and help the accordingly members to get the qualifications of entering market and the related certificates in smart card field;          3.Assistant the accordingly members to search for the cooperation partner in global and promote some business transactions into realities;          4.Provide members consulting services for leaning this industry, dominating market or getting some competition information;          5.Provide members the platform to communicate each other and release business information. Applying for member should be willing to join in this organization and also equipped with some influence or great interesting in smart card industry. CISCA provides five types of member options, including four-stare member, three-star member, company member, government member, end user member and individual member. In detail, the scope of member candidates encloses The organization, department and minister related with smart card which in charge of releasing policy & standard; Using companies related to government, including banking, telecommunication, labor and social insurance, public security, public transportation, filling petrol management, job identity card, business administration management, taxing, organization code, smart labels, TV pre-pay, the field relate to cigarette and wine; and also including some enterprises in intelligent card field such as state, private, foreign, joint venture and others.           The following is the process for joining CISCA. At first the member candidates should offer the application, after being affirmed by council or secretariat authorized by council, secretariat will notice this member and acknowledge its status.                                                                                    End User Member 1、The organizations and departments related to smart cards which in charge of releasing policy & standard  2、Using companies related to government, including banking, telecommunication, social insurance, public security, public transportation, filling petrol cards, job identity cards, industry and commercial management cards, taxing, organization code, smart labels, TV re-pay cards, the fields relate to cigarette and wine, etc 3、The smart card companies, including state, private, foreign, joint venture and others。
